3.     Terms of Sale

You need to apply for a Buying Account in order to purchase on this website. As this is a business-to-business e-commerce website, sales can only be made to an organisation holding a valid licence issued by the Ministry of Health, which we need to verify prior to issuing a Buying Account to your business. You confirm that orders placed by you on this website are made on behalf of your organisation and you are authorised to make such orders.

While every endeavour is made to ensure that information on the site is updated and correct, DocMed Technology Pte Ltd and POM Marketplace vendors reserve the right to amend prices, quantity, expiry dates, terms and conditions for sales and promotions, etc. when such information changes accordingly.
